The Reine de Naples Perles Impériales showcases a dialogue between pearls, diamonds and hand-crafted goldwork. At its centre lies the Akoya pearl — prized for its perfect sphere and exceptional iridescence — integrated into the architecture of the case and extended into a bracelet composed entirely of pearls in its central row. The case is framed by a hand-crafted gold basket set with 38 diamonds of varying sizes, while the dial is paved with 211 brilliant-cut diamonds and a pear-shaped stone at 12 o’clock. The time is displayed on an opal base, with Breguet numerals and gold studs marking the hours.
